QA Engineer

The QA Engineer / Software Tester is responsible for creating, documenting, and executing test plans of leader banks, high-transaction volume, PCI-compliant e-commerce applications. Customer Success Engineer

The primary function of the Customer Success Engineer (CSE) is to work with customers in identifying , resolving and preventing issues using GudBiz Products. The candidate must possess strong technical aptitude, communication and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities/Key Tasks

  • Responsible for providing technical support to Global GudBiz customers/partners via phone and electronically for any technical issues they may be experiencing with GudBiz solutions.
  • Reproduce customer issues including details of their environment and customizations. Monitor customers’ systems and perform any action required by technical alert notifications.
  • Perform technical collaboration with engineering for further troubleshooting, bug fixes, or work-around as necessary.
  • Produce detailed technical documentation of the issue and resolution, including details of the customer’s environment and any customizations.
